The Observatory of New Technologies, which will take place on 18 and 19 July at the Digital Content Pole in Malaga, is the forum chosen by SNGULAR to present a new tool that revolutionises the way museums of the future are visited, developed for the BBVA Foundation.
Fernando M. Sierra, DKC of Virtual Reality Director at SNGULAR, will share with attendees to the Observatory the tool he has developed which allows to manage a museum’s artistic catalogue and configuring different exhibitions and customised galleries by changing their content in real time, easily and intuitively, in a matter of minutes.
In addition, all the metadata of the works will be available to the visitor, so that he can access information such as author, style, history and even data on the latest restorations by viewing the work in its previous state.
SNGULAR has been developing an environment that breaks the standard barrier of the conventional web for years, providing 360/VR visualization in most desktop browsers. This system will also be compatible with different Virtual Reality devices, such as Samsung Gear, Google Cardboard, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and others.
Also, Fernando M. Sierra will present another innovative tool in his presentation: Coolpaintr VR, developed with Sony Playstation and which has been a worldwide sales success in the month of its launch (5th game of PSVR best seller in the USA and 6th in Europe).
Those attending the Observatory will be able to try Coolpaintr VR free of charge, squeezing all its creative, playful and professional possibilities, sharing the creations in real time with other attendees. See more information here.
